About the Camp

Next Level Camp – More Than Just Hockey
Our camp focuses on developing not only hockey skills but also the individual behind the athlete. We provide young players with practical tools and insights into what it takes to live as a professional athlete – both physically and mentally.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Nutrition, recovery, screen time management, sleep, and mental preparation

  • Mindset and attitude towards training and daily habits

  • Balancing school, sports, and personal life

  • Practical tips: What to eat, when to rest, how to schedule strength training

On-Ice Focus: Game Winning Elements
We prioritize the skills that make a difference in real games:

  • Shooting

  • Puck protection

  • Wall work (playing along the boards)

  • Battles and face-offs

  • Shootouts

We also work on identifying and enhancing each player’s unique potential while minimizing injury risks.

Your Dream – Your Next Step
We help players define their dreams, assess where they are now, and plan what it takes to move forward – both on the ice and in life.
